Greg Finck perfectly captured this elegant, traditional Southern Wedding at the William Aiken House in Charleston, South Carolina. Brittany and JJ exchanged vows underneath a pergola dripping in an array of soft pastel roses. After the ceremony, guests were greeted with trays of white wine and tasty bites from patrick properties hospitality group, as they roamed the grounds of the historic home. Guests were led into the reception tent full of crystal chandeliers, neutral patterned linens, and garden-inspired florals that gave the space the perfect elegant touch. Jessica and Michael said “I do” among friends and family in a blissful waterfront ceremony overlooking the Ashley River. A soft color palette of mauve, ivory, pink and green spoke to the Spring season in Charleston. Floral arrangements overflowed with lush greenery, sweet peas, garden roses and ranunculus. Inspired by Charleston’s beautiful architecture, a wrought iron gate adorned with fresh florals served as a unique escort display for guests to find their seats for dinner.

The Legare Waring House is located inside Charles Towne Landing and tucked away behind hundreds of moss draped oak trees. This stunning site is the most romantic backdrop for a wedding and immediately upon arriving Jillian + Edwin knew this is where they wanted to host their wedding. Edwin hails from California and Jillian spent her favorite childhood memories in Sea Island so creating a day that showcased all the south has to offer was high on their priority list!
