Erica and Rob’s love story began during COVID-19, when they met on a dating app. After several attempts, Rob was able to take Erica on a brunch date and the rest was history! On May 5th, 2023, they were married in an intimate ceremony at the Gadsden House in Charleston. The historic home on East Bay Street provided the backdrop to Erica and Rob’s most special day. Guests enjoyed a seated dinner during the reception that followed. Guests danced the night away in the open air of the heart of Charleston, while surrounded by blush hues and love from family and friends.

A Glam Affair at the River Course

Long time loves, Grace and Nick tied the knot at one of our favorite Kiawah Island venues, the River Course. Their day was full of meaningful details that made this glam affair one for the books! Grace carried a bouquet laced with anthurium which her mom carried on her wedding day. Her father not only walked her down the aisle, but also officiated the wedding ceremony, creating the most intimate and meaningful setting for such an important part of the day. The couple also leaned into Nick’s heritage, featuring a few custom Brazilian traditions such as the brigaderio (petite desserts) display after dinner.

Victoria and Tom's wedding was the epitome of timeless. The two exchanged vows underneath a pergola dripping with the bride's favorite florals. No one would ever know about an hour before the ceremony a rainstorm came through! The skies cleared just as guests were making their way to the venue! Victoria opted for a petite lily of the valley bouquet as her four sisters carried complimenting posies.

Elizabeth and Phil’s love story began in DC but they tied the knot at the classic venue, William Aiken House, just minutes away from Elizabeth’s Charleston roots. One of our favorite design approaches at this venue is making the space feel like it is an extension of the couple’s own home and for this special day, the outside reception space was designed to feel like the couple’s backyard garden. Sweet seating vignettes, garden style potted trees and romantic lanterns and candle light throughout the space made for the most romantic setting.

Sage and Blush River Course Wedding

After having to postpone their Spring wedding, Courtney and Chance exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends a few months later in this beautiful Summer wedding at the River Course. The Clemson grads married on the back lawn overlooking the River. EM Creative incorporated the sweetest pops of orange floral as a nod to their alma mater. One of our favorite design elements of the night was the escort display overflowing with florals and candles that created the perfect photo backdrop for guests. And because he couldn’t celebrate with the couple day-of, Ashley Brown Cake Design designed the sweetest wedding cake including Bear, the couple’s dog, on the back!

Modern Bohemian Wedding

Camilla and Hunter Renfrow married at at Debordieu Club in Georgetown, South Carolina. Camilla grew up going to Pawley’s Island on vacation and felt it was the perfect place to accommodate their 400 guests. The two exchanged vows in front of a floral adorned cross on the marsh. Camilla wore a stunning Kate McDonald gown to compliment the modern-bohemian aesthetic of the reception space. In order to pay homage to her late grandmother, Vero designs wrapped Camilla’s bouquet with silk and tucked in her grandmother’s amethyst and diamond ring. “As I walked down the aisle holding my bouquet, I could feel her ring in my fingers and knew that she was right there with me watching down on the whole day,” she says. Many of Hunter’s Clemson teammates stood by him during his special day and joined in on the fun!

Greg Finck perfectly captured this elegant, traditional Southern Wedding at the William Aiken House in Charleston, South Carolina. Brittany and JJ exchanged vows underneath a pergola dripping in an array of soft pastel roses. After the ceremony, guests were greeted with trays of white wine and tasty bites from patrick properties hospitality group, as they roamed the grounds of the historic home. Guests were led into the reception tent full of crystal chandeliers, neutral patterned linens, and garden-inspired florals that gave the space the perfect elegant touch.
