Wedding planning is more than a checklist. From day one we work tirelessly to ensure your wedding is flawless. We handle all vendor negotiations, budget development, timeline management, logistics and anything pertaining to the execution of your wedding.

You will have access to your online wedding dashboard which includes a custom checklist, design board, timeline, budget, guest list + seating chart, and vendor list so you and your planning team can view updates in real time.


Once the wedding budget has been established, you can expect your planner to carefully maintain it and notify you of any sizable variations. No orders are confirmed without your explicit consent.

You will receive notifications of upcoming payments due so all vendors are paid in a timely manner.

All payments are recorded in the budget tab of the wedding dashboard enabling the you to examine current allocation of all monies received in real time.

DESIGN & decor

A Charleston Bride will create a detailed event design based on your personal style and wedding vision. This process begins very early in the planning process, culminating into an event that is not only intentional but also distinctly your own.

Custom renderings and design boards are created so you have a clear understanding of the overall feel of the wedding. We collaborate with the industry’s elite sourcing from vendors all over the Southeast.


Whether you’re getting married on a remote island where vendors have to be barged over for a five-day set or at a plantation home downtown, we will handle every single logistical detail.

From steaming the wedding gown to styling the most perfect tent set up shot, we are there to make sure every aspect of the meticulous planning process comes to fruition. If the weather takes a sudden turn or a guest becomes ill,, your team is prepared to act swiftly.

Our Process

As your planners, we will guide you through each decision you will have to make over the next several months.

The process is seamless and begins with a clear understanding of each client's vision. Once a contract is received, clients are invited to collaborate on the wedding via our online wedding dashboard.



ACB staff travel & accommodations for weddings taking place outside of Charleston.

A flat fee will be added to your final invoice to cover all staff expenses including, but not limited to, event day labor, meals, parking, emergency supplies, etc. This fee will be determined by your planner and included in the contract. 


A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the planning fee is required to hold your date. An additional 1/3 is due six months prior and the final payment is due two weeks prior to the event date.


Planning meetings and phone conferences take place Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST. Exceptions can be made at the planner’s discretion, but weekends are reserved for weddings only.

Client correspondence should be made via telephone, email or video conference. Text messaging is avoided to prevent miscommunication.
